what are the best thing can an engineer do to get a job if he has low marks and does not has any experience to achieve any job?

If not (If you think you don't have the answer to get hired ), Then do some research. Find what skills the companies are looking for. I am sure you can find many latest blooming technologies like AngularJs, Responsive web apps, mobile apps, etc.. Pick one of them which interests you. Put some consistent hard work. Get certified if possible; Be sure to have hands on practical knowledge. Have some product to show it to the interview panel when you approach them. Now you are a skilled person with not such great marks. These days companies give importance to skills more than marks. If you can prove your skilled, then you ll easily find yourself an employer and a career!! read less
