Over 18 years of experience in training and development, I have a proven track record of designing, delivering, and evaluating practical and effective learning interventions for diverse audiences and domains. Designed and developed programs through analysis and feedback for behavioral programs tailored to target audience with measurable impacts.

I am a retired Indian Army officer, a certified DiSC profiler, and an adventure enthusiast. I have trained over 4000 individuals in leadership and soft skills, using various LMS and other tools and methods to enhance their personality and performance. I have also managed the L&D function in a corporate setting, overseeing and mentoring adult learners in various competency skills. I believe that learning is a never-ending process and one must take advantage of any learning opportunity that comes their way. My mission is to empower people to discover and develop their potential and to create a positive impact in their personal and professional lives.
