Served as a dedicated Primary School Teacher for 12 years at Vignananda Bala Kuteer Public School, Guntur, teaching Mathematics, English, and Abacus to students in Classes 1–5. Built strong foundational skills in young learners through structured lesson plans, hands-on activities, and consistent student assessments, while also introducing Abacus as a powerful tool for developing mental arithmetic skills. Focused on creating a caring, engaging, and disciplined classroom environment where every child felt encouraged to grow. Worked closely with parents and school staff to ensure the holistic development of each student, and was recognized for maintaining high academic standards while nurturing each child's individual potential.
Following my school tenure, I have been working as a Private Tutor since 2013, providing personalized one-on-one coaching in Mathematics, English, and Abacus to primary school students. I design customized study plans tailored to each child's learning pace and needs, closely monitor their progress, and maintain regular communication with parents to ensure consistent improvement. This experience has further strengthened my ability to identify individual learning gaps and deliver targeted, effective instruction.
