I'm a passionate and dedicated Yoga Instructor.
I have completed my 200-hour Teacher Training from Mysore, a city known for its deep-rooted yoga traditions. Though I’ve just started my journey as a teacher, I am fully committed to sharing everything I have learned with honesty, dedication, and care.

For me, Yoga is not just a physical practice – it’s a way of life. It goes far beyond the mat. It’s about how we breathe, how we think, and how we connect with ourselves and others. This is the message I truly wish to share with everyone who joins my class.
