How important is Personality development in context of today's professional world?

Its very important, let me explain with an example : Let's say you and your colleague are equally competent in a hard skill then how you can make a edge with your colleague then your personality will come into picture.

Hi myself Namrata, I want to learn German and English both.

Yes you can Learn both the language. As far as use came into picture and you are planning to move to Germany then German's are very proud of their Language and they hate English language. All the Best !! Happy Learning.
