Let me put it straight. Salary Package is a mixture of your qualification and experience(of course both relevant to the job requirements) and the value you can bring to the table. That's why typically hiring a manager has a range of the CTC to offer. If you just fit into the requiremenst say you are 6 on 10 and the other person is 9 on 10 , you will be fixed in the botttom range and that person on the top of the range. You are just 3 years away after finishing the graduation. More than salary, you need to get certified, gain more experience and then say after 5 years of experience when you move out, you can demand a good raise and may validate with what you can offer to the company, be it development, innovation, strategy etc.
read lessAWS is a vast area as you can observe it has a broad range of services like storage, networking, compute and used to develop and host a variety of applications like websites, mobile applications, enterprise business applications like CRM, ERP. You can choose your track like AWS admin/ DevOps which is operations specialization or Developer track which needs you to learn and master Java, Python web development etc. In additional to traditional applications development AWS also offers advanced services like machine learning and artificial intelligence. So you can choose your track and follow that.

If you're reasonably good at what you learn and get certified, the chances of a better package will be much higher.
