I have worked as an English Subject Teacher for Classes 6 to 8, where I was responsible for teaching English grammar, literature, reading comprehension, writing skills, and spoken English. I prepared lesson plans according to the curriculum, conducted interactive classroom activities, and used different teaching methods to make learning engaging and student-centered. I regularly assessed students through class tests, assignments, projects, and oral presentations, and provided individual support to students who needed additional guidance. I also maintained classroom discipline, monitored students’ progress, and communicated with parents regarding their academic performance. My focus was on improving students’ language proficiency, vocabulary, communication skills, and confidence in using English both inside and outside the classroom. Through creative activities such as debates, group discussions, role-plays, and storytelling sessions, I encouraged active participation and helped students develop a genuine interest in the subject.
