My Experience with Vaishali Agrawal – Physics Tutor, South Bopal / Bopal, Ahmedabad I am sharing my personal experience to help other parents make informed decisions before hiring a tutor. I engaged Vaishali Agrawal to teach my son, who is in Class 12 and preparing for JEE Mains and Board examinations. My understanding was that classes would continue until the JEE second attempt and Board examinations, up to April 2027, with three classes per week. On 11 August 2026, she told my son to find another teacher, and classes stopped from 12 August 2026. Neither my son nor I had asked her to discontinue. I requested a refund and tried repeatedly to resolve the matter peacefully, but the dispute remains unresolved. She disputed my understanding of the fee arrangement. There is also an unresolved issue concerning my son’s Motivation Book, which has not been returned. I was told that the book was in her husband’s car and that I could contact him to collect it. When I called her husband about the matter, he raised his voice and ended the call. I have also been unable to resolve the issue through further calls and communication. This entire experience has caused considerable stress and concern, particularly because my son is in Class 12 and needs consistent support during an important academic period. My advice to parents in South Bopal and Bopal: Confirm all tuition commitments, class schedules, cancellation conditions and refund terms in writing before engaging a tutor or paying an advance. Keep records of every agreement and payment. I am sharing my personal experience so that other parents can exercise caution and make an informed decision. My refund dispute and the issue of my son’s book remain unresolved.
