I work as a trainer in a IT company. I started my career as a trainer 5 years. I started giving professional training for MS Office which includes MS word, excel and power point. My audience was of a age group was between 22 to 40 Years of age group. Different age groups have difference challenges as the understanding level varies. Professional audience have more questions which makes the training more challenging.
Since last 2 years I have also started personal coaching for MS Office and English training. Here my age group is between 15 years to 40 years. Teens groups are more interesting as they more enthusiastic and eager to learn new things which makes the training enjoyable and interesting.
I give personal coaching and web coaching. I have trained more people personally. I have done few coaching through web.
Teaching is a profession where we give knowledge and at the same time we also learn many things from different students. I have been enjoying coaching these many years.
