If you are going for interview or joining in this company i suggest you must read this. So first of all the company boss are non-technical person they don't know anything about IT Field. If you are fresher and going join the company they will tell you we will provide you training. They will give you whole project in 2-3 days even didn't provide you any kind of training and then torture started they expect you work like a experience person and push you to the edge for it. The owners are unprofessional they don't know how to talk employees. Only they can do is insult you by saying why you can't do this and demotivate you serious i work here for 1.5 years and now i don't have much hair because of these guys. If you get selected they will tell you to do 5 moths of training then 1 year of job and guess what will be salary package? 8k they loot employee in 8k you should do all work like they purchase you for 1.5 year. When you complete your training period and waiting for your first salary boom you are not getting it, because of your late entry and leave you takes in training period. Their mentality is when they hire you it mean they purchased you for 1.5 year you have to anything what they said really no humanity. I work here still have no respect for the owners. Now coming to timing normal is it 9.30 to 7 if you are coming from far your bus is late or whatever other reason if you enter at 9.35, your half salary is cut.
