Aarpitaa H.

I am a passionate and dedicated Table Tennis Coach with 6 years of experience in coaching students of different age groups and skill levels. I specialize in personalized one-to-one training, helping beginners build strong fundamentals while assisting intermediate and advanced players in improving their overall game.

My coaching focuses on proper technique, forehand and backhand strokes, serving, receiving, footwork, movement, coordination, fitness, stamina, and match strategy. I understand that every student has a different learning pace, so I customize each session according to their abilities, goals, and requirements.

I aim to make every training session productive, engaging, and enjoyable. Along with technical improvement, I focus on building confidence, discipline, concentration, and consistency.

Whether the goal is learning Table Tennis from scratch, improving fitness, developing competitive skills, or becoming a better player, I provide structured and supportive coaching to help students achieve measurable progress.
