Samyadev Mondal

My name is Samyadev Mondal, and I am a visual artist specializing in painting and conceptual art.
My artistic practice focuses on manual painting, creative compositions, and storytelling through visual narratives.
My works often explore cultural themes, human emotions, and everyday life with a sensitive and expressive style.
I am particularly interested in watercolor and mixed media, where subtle color tones and strong drawing form the foundation of my work.
My paintings reflect a balance between traditional Indian art sensibilities and contemporary visual language.
I have completed my Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Painting and am currently pursuing a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Painting.
At present, I am continuing my higher studies in Fine Arts to deepen my artistic research and studio practice.
I have participated in group exhibitions, including a show at Badlapur Art Gallery, Mumbai.
I have also taken part in workshops at Lalit Kala Akademi, Lucknow, and the National Gallery of Modern Art, Delhi.
Alongside my studio practice, I have experience teaching art through home tuition and school education.
My aim is to grow as a professional artist while contributing meaningfully to art education and creative learning environments.
