Maria K.

Hello! I’m an enthusiastic English educator who loves helping children become confident communicators. I have experience of teaching in school as well as providing tuitions at home for good 4 years.
I have always had a strong inclination towards the English language. I scored 92% in English in my ISC Boards and went on to pursue Honours in Journalism, where strong language, writing and communication skills were an important part of my academic journey.
This background has helped me develop a strong command of English, both written and spoken. I now want to use these skills to help children learn English in a way that is engaging, practical and confidence-building.
My classes are designed to make English learning fun, interactive and practical rather than stressful or textbook-heavy. I believe children learn best when they feel comfortable, encouraged and involved. Therefore, my lessons include conversations, stories, games, activities, picture-based learning and real-life situations.
I don’t want children to simply memorize English rules. I want them to understand English, use it naturally and feel confident speaking it.
For younger learners, I focus on phonics, vocabulary, reading and basic communication.
If you’re looking for a friendly, patient and engaging English teacher who can help your child become a better English speaker and a more confident communicator, I’d love to work with your child!
