I am passionate about fitness and have worked with lots of people. My classes are conducted individually offline. I provide advanced fitness training and female fitness training. My classes have various visual cues like videos, providing an enriching experience to the clients.

My classes are customisable and designed according to the comfort and requirements of the clients. I provide full fitness training, including mind and body reflection. An individual needs to have a healthy physical and mental being. I also hold one on one interactions with my clients. I understand the importance of balanced health and helping my clients maintain and meet their desired goals.
