IdentityI am writing to share my experience as a private home tutor, which I have pursued over the past one year. During this time, I have had the opportunity to teach students from different academic backgrounds, mainly focusing on subjects such as English, Social Studies, and basic Mathematics. My role involved designing lesson plans tailored to each student's individual learning needs, tracking their progress, and regularly communicating with parents to ensure transparency and improvement.
This one-year journey has not only helped me strengthen my teaching skills but also allowed me to build strong mentoring relationships with my students. I have learned to be more patient, organized, and adaptable, which has greatly enhanced my confidence and effectiveness as a teacher.
Alongside my tutoring work, I also successfully completed my Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Balancing both responsibilities taught me valuable time management and discipline. Earning my degree has further deepened my understanding of the subjects I teach and has prepared me to take on more professional teaching roles in the future.
