I have experience teaching students in Classes I–V with a strong focus on building foundational skills in a supportive and engaging environment. My approach is child-centered, ensuring that each student learns at their own pace while developing confidence and curiosity. I have taught core subjects including English, Mathematics, and Environmental Studies. For English, I focus on improving reading fluency, vocabulary, basic grammar, and writing skills through storytelling, phonics, and interactive activities. In Mathematics, I emphasize concept clarity in topics like addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and basic problem-solving using real-life examples and visual aids. For Environmental Studies, I make lessons interesting by connecting topics to daily life and encouraging observation and discussion. I use simple and interactive teaching methods such as: * Activity-based learning (worksheets, games, flashcards) * Regular revision and practice sessions * Short quizzes to assess understanding * Visual aids like charts and diagrams * Storytelling and examples to simplify concepts I pay special attention to each student’s strengths and weaknesses. If a child struggles with a topic, I patiently re-explain using different methods until they understand. I also help students with homework, school exam preparation, and building good study habits. In addition to academics, I focus on: * Improving concentration and discipline * Encouraging questions and active participation * Building confidence in speaking and expressing ideas Overall, my goal is to create a friendly and motivating learning environment where young students feel comfortable, enjoy learning, and develop a strong academic foundation.
