Key responsibilities: 1. _Facilitating Scrum ceremonies_: Organizing and leading meetings like Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. 2. _Coaching and mentoring_: Guiding team members in Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices. 3. _Removing impediments_: Identifying and resolving obstacles that hinder the team's progress. 4. _Promoting collaboration_: Encouraging open communication, active listening, and teamwork. 5. _Protecting the team_: Shielding the team from external distractions and interruptions. 6. _Improving processes_: Continuously assessing and improving Scrum processes and practices. 7. _Servant leadership_: Serving the team, stakeholders, and organization, rather than directing or controlling. 8. _Maintaining Scrum artifacts_: Ensuring accurate and up-to-date Scrum boards, backlogs, and other artifacts.
