What is the method to edit mobile screenshots? I am trying but I can't open them in Photoshop. What should I do?

Import the image on Photoshop lock the image re create the shape as new layer

may be you need to open it in 'paint' in windows and save as jpeg | or open in default image viewer in mac and save as a screen saver with Shift + Command + 3: then import it in Photoshop | job is done !
