Rajkumari T.

I bring a unique blend of formal education and rich professional experience to my teaching. I hold a Master’s degree (M.Sc) in Life Sciences and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), which provides me with a deep pedagogical understanding of how children learn. In addition to my academic background, I have 10+ years of corporate experience as a Quality Assurance (QA) professional. In the corporate world, I specialized in audit, new hire mentoring, and floor support, where I successfully trained, coached, and upskilled onboarding professionals. This experience sharpened my ability to break down complex, technical concepts into simple, easily digestible modules and taught me the patience required to guide learners through steep learning curves. For the past years, I have channelled this dual expertise into home tuitions for primary and middle school students. My corporate QA background instills a high standard of discipline, structure, and goal-oriented planning in my classes, while my mentoring background ensures that every student receives patient, encouraging, and highly customized support.
