I have 2 years of teaching experience in Diet and Nutrition, providing both classroom and one-to-one coaching for students pursuing Food Science, Nutrition, and allied health subjects. I teach core topics such as basic and clinical nutrition, therapeutic diets, medical nutrition therapy, food quality and safety, meal planning, nutrient requirements, and disease-specific diet management (diabetes, renal, cardiac, pediatric, and weight management). My teaching approach combines theory with practical application. I guide students in diet planning, case studies, hospital diet calculations, nutrient analysis, and food safety standards. I also teach Food Quality Control, hygiene practices, and FSSAI guidelines to help students understand real-life food service and hospital nutrition settings.
