My experience as an educator has been varied. Plunging into teaching field was never on my plans. But life gave me an oppurtunity in imparting a little from my end into shaping of kids future. Not only my kids have learnt from me but I have also learnt alot in the process from them. Their malleable minds are needs a good tutor always, which I think I am because I stay honest with myself. I can say this because whenever in doubt, I do not tend to answer on the spot instead I choose to research and get back to them.

Online studies is not a negative thing as everyone looks upon it. It can not replace classroom teaching, but during this pandemic, without wasting your kid's academic year, it is the best way to keep learning and going ahead. Also, if used in the right direction, online studies can provide a lot more which sometimes classroom teaching lacks to fulfil.
For example, online games and videos that I blend with my content give a real good learning experience to my learners. At school, playing individual online Math games is not possible, but when you are attending class from your device, it allows all learners to play and learn individually at the same time. Hence, everything has its pros and cons.
Choose what is best as per the situation !!

Whiteboard from Zoom is beneficial for explaining something in your way. And PPT is always helpful when you have to prepare and keep your flow ready beforehand. Hence, I would suggest using a combination of both. Both hands in hand, go perfect. Additionally, you can apply online games and videos for a better learning experience.
