How to understand and speak with native English speakers?

Hi Suman, It is veryimportant for your to improve your comunication skills in order to move forward in your career. It will be difficult however you need to find the time on weekends. For starters reading the English News paper, watching English News will definately help. Cheers!

I want to improve my communication skill. As I am a working guy so don't have much time to join any regular course. So any suggestion for online English speaking course.

Do try and read articles in the newspaper, watch a lot of English news, however busy you are let it run in the background. All the best.
