The Nritya Studio

The Nritya Studio has been founded for five years now. We take immense pride in the work we do. We have three trainers who have been working with us for a considerable amount of time, and they collectively hold eight to nine years of experience in their respective fields. At The Nritya Studio, we specialise in teaching Yoga and Dance, offering our students a holistic physical and mental well-being approach.
Our classes are primarily conducted offline, providing our students with an interactive and immersive experience. We believe in the power of face-to-face interaction, allowing us to connect with each individual and cater to their needs personally. It also enables us to create a nurturing and supportive environment where our students thrive.
Yoga is an ancient practice that focuses on achieving a harmonious balance between the body, mind, and spirit. At The Nritya Studio, we teach various forms of yoga, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga. Our classes aim to help individuals enhance their flexibility, strength, and overall well-being. Our experienced trainers guide students through the different poses, breathing techniques, and meditation, helping them better understand their bodies and minds.
In addition to yoga, we also offer dance classes at our studio. Dance is a beautiful art form and a fantastic way to stay fit and express oneself. Our dance trainers are highly skilled and passionate about their craft. They teach various dance styles, including contemporary, classical, and Bollywood. Whether someone is a beginner or an advanced dancer, our classes cater to individuals of all skill levels, providing a supportive and encouraging environment for growth.
