Hello Chitra,
Although we have many ways of speaking fluent in English like watching movies, reading newspapers, talking with others in English and each of these ways is subjective and require developing your interest. Until and unless your interest is generated, these ways are useless.
In my opinion, the best way to speak fluently in English is to write your own thoughts in the diary. Make a habit of writing something like how your day went, what happened the entire day or whatever you would like to write. Developing the habit of writing in a diary every day and expressing your writing thoughts every day will be the best way.
Try this, and you will see improvement in yourself in 1 week or so. Try to write whatever you feel like and use simple words rather than using typical words.
