all you need is a spray-on sealant, ensuring you're working in a well-ventilated area. Let a thin layer dry for about 15 minutes and add one or two more layers to be safe.

You can revive dry Acrylic paint by mixing paint Revier that you can easily source online or from an Art store. Unless the paint is completely dry, in that care you can use the scrapes to create textured Art.
