"The institute boasts of IIT trained faculty. In reality I found none. The present slot consists of students persuing BTech/Mtech courses in universities in Kolkata or Jadavpur. Secondly the owners are purely money minded and only think this noble profession as a money making machinery. My ward was not allowed to attend classes even after payment of admission and regular monthly fees as the class did not have sufficient students. In the mid session I had to find a new teacher to guide him. Can the institute compensate me for the mental agony the child had to undergo ? "
