I have been teaching since 2016. I hold a Bachelor's degree and am certified by the British Council for IELTS. Teaching has always been my passion, a calling that was ignited during my school days when my teachers inspired me to pursue a career in education. For the past seven years, I have worked at a school in Kolkata, where I have had the privilege of sharing my knowledge and guiding young minds. Recently, I made the exciting transition to Jadavpur School. In addition to my school responsibilities, I also engage in private tutoring, providing home tuition to students seeking additional support.
I have actively pursued personal and professional development opportunities throughout my teaching journey. I have attended various workshops and training sessions to enhance my skills and broaden my understanding of effective teaching methodologies. As an educator, I specialise in teaching subjects such as Geography, History, Hindi language, and Spoken English to students from grades six to twelfth. I offer my services both online and through face-to-face interactions. During my sessions, I strive to create an interactive environment that encourages active participation and fosters a love for learning.
I utilise a range of teaching aids, including visual aids, multimedia resources, and practical activities, to make the learning process enjoyable and effective. I also provide comprehensive notes to my students, enabling them to revise and consolidate their understanding of the topics. Teaching is not just a profession for me; it is a vocation that brings me immense joy and fulfilment. Witnessing the growth and progress of my students is a constant reminder of the impact I can make in their lives. I am committed to empowering them with knowledge, skills, and confidence that will serve them well beyond the classroom.
