I am a certified yoga consultant and teacher with expertise in energy therapy. I have developed the skills during my Yog journey of last 3 years of Yog abyaas and 7 years of intensive energy therapy, counseling and meditation coach through techniques of Arhatic yoga that have evolved me into a new age yogini with awakened awareness about my physical, mental and astral state.
I believe in learning and growing in my skills with each and every class I lead. That's the evolutionary experience I offer to my students. My teaching method focuses on preparing your mind and body for strength and calmness to combat new age challenges at home and work. We correct our internal body structure, improve organ health, accelerate healing of physical, emotional and mental diseases/ailments.
