I don't know what is the stream of your B.Tech, so it is very hard to predict things , if it is computer science and you are very proficient in language, then I will suggest you to go for JAVA training with it's all advance courses or try with SAP technical(ABAP) . And still there are plenty of options are available in IT, if you are keenly interested on a specific one, then do a certification or get trained and go for it . read less

SQL Server DBA Trainer

As far as I can understand your situation, you have a 3 yrs gap post your B tech. Frankly speaking, getting a job would be bit difficult. You can go for database (SQL Server/ Oracle) or BI training and you need to get some certifications done. If not you can opt for IT security courses.

If you think you are strong in finance and costing, I would suggest you a SAP FICO course which is definitely always in demand. if you have an experience as a end user on SAP PLM / Documentation etc, even a course on SAP PLM DMS should be good.
