How much years are required to become a C++ pro?

You are already a programmer. The only thing you need to know is the syntax of that particular programming language. and that need only 10-15 days. Believe me it's true. You may refer any good book or teacher and it will not take more than this.

Our programs for a single project has hundreds of files or more than that for a single project. so managing these hundreds of files is very difficult. moreover, if we need to do a little change even then the whole system goes on bigger risk.
