आप अपने बेटे को सिर्फ 28 दिन तक बैठने का ही practice कराए .क्योक। किसी भी चीज को 28 दिन तक किया जाए तो वो हमारी आदत बन जाती है। कोई जरूरी नहीं है कि वो इस दौरान वो पढ़ाई ही करे वो कुछ भी कर सकता है बस थोड़ा थोड़ा पढ़ाई करते रहे । और बैठने का practice करते रहे।यह एक psychologycal fact है। और वैसे भी वह अभी बहुत छोटा है तो ज्यादा ज़ोर भी नहीं देना है अभी उसके पास Time है । बस उसको पढ़ने के मोटिवेट करे
