I am a Bharatanatyam student. I find it difficult to sit in mulumandi and stand up quickly 

how can I improve it?.

It is very much easy first you do butterfly exercise and then try to keep your legs parallel to the ground in same position, the lie down by touching your legs to the wall..go in a same position when you do muramandi..it opens your thighs,then you will able to sit properly.??
