As in school there is a lot of pressure to deal with students. We can't deal with everyone. So good student is doing good but if a Student who is not doing good he neither ask anything to teacher nor teacher go through that student. So teaching online platform is the best for those students who can't deal in school. As tutor in offline is of local location.But in online you can opt anyone from anywhere.This the best thing in this. First major role is teacher that teach a student but the second important role is the parents who live with that student.So if a student is not doing well then we can't blame fully on teacher. I was a teacher in a private school ,there I saw most of the parents put all pressure to teachers. And I know those parents have no time for their children. So I decided to teach online to one to one student.So it will be beneficial for both teacher and student.

I taught class 8 students as a home tutor. I don't teach them online till now. Two of my student of class 8 got selected in Jamia and one in Aligarh. As they are from English background , I only teach mathematics to them .They are very weak in maths. If Class 8 student have a good mentor then they will go good furthermore.Class 8 is the basic for class 8 .If you are interested to do well in class 10 then I think you should do well from class 8 .

Use your mobile phone for zoom application and a whiteboard with a marker for yourself. If a student has a laptop or phone, then he or she can see it and if you have a question to ask then write the question inboard and he shares his screen of zoom application, and he writes his answer in whiteboard of zoom application.
