I am basically a HR person worked in a large scale industry for more than 18 years.

At present I am working in Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda University under Faculty of General & Adapted Physical Education and Yoga for the past 3 years as Yoga Instructor by teaching yoga for Intellectually challenged children which includes MR, VI, HI. Apart from this, I am handling practical and theory classes for PG Diploma in Yoga and B.Ed.(Yoga) of our faculty. Is there any significance in rolling after Savasana?

Lower abdomen inner parts get massaged if you have not undergone any surgery or ailment

Why there is rivalry between Kriya Yog practitioner and follower of Ram Krishna Paramhansa?

Ramakrishna Paramhamsa is a saint without any expectation. So please dont compare with all other yoga practitioners

Can I learn yoga from online videos and do they really help??

It is advisable to attend regular short class to know the basic proper techniques of yoga postures and breathing and practice through online videos

What postures and asanas are now allowed to do for pregnant women?

Keep your mind peacefully with possitive thought in meditation and normal pranayama is sufficient
