I have been practising yoga for the past six years. For my journey, I've earned two certificates in yoga, which have further deepened my understanding and love for this ancient practice. Yoga became a significant part of my life when I was personally affected by PCOD, and I was determined to find a way to improve my health.
I became a yoga teacher to spread awareness about yoga and its potential to transform lives. My teaching journey started with two schools where I had the privilege of guiding and inspiring young minds. Additionally, I provided one-on-one sessions at people's homes, tailoring my teachings to suit their specific needs and goals. I have had the opportunity to work with various yoga studios, each experience contributing to my growth as a teacher. I am a freelance yoga teacher, providing personalised training to individuals seeking to embrace yoga's holistic benefits. My expertise extends to various forms of yoga, including Hatha and pregnancy yoga. I offer both online and offline classes, with sessions typically lasting either 50 minutes or one hour, allowing ample time for students to immerse themselves in the practice.
To give potential students a glimpse of what to expect in my classes, I create introductory videos that showcase the essence of my teachings. I believe in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for my students where they can feel comfortable exploring their practice and connecting with their inner selves.
Witnessing the positive transformations in my students is the most rewarding aspect of being a yoga teacher. I understand that everyone's journey is unique, so I adapt my teachings to cater to individual needs and aspirations. Yoga has become more than just a profession for me; it's a way of life. Sharing this passion with others and witnessing their growth and well-being through yoga drives me to continue spreading awareness about its numerous benefits.
