With over 15 years of yoga in the tradition of Krishnamacharya, I have been teaching online for over 2 years now, in addition to in person teaching of one to one sessions and group sessions. This gives me the advantage of being experienced in online teaching even before the pandemic. I have had the pleasure of helping many of my students improve their general fitness, health and overall quality of life through yoga practice. Improvement in the posture, sleep , energy levels and digestion are some of the changes my students experience in the beginning , leading to optimal health.
