Microcontroller and Microprocessor, both of them, is the presence of external peripheral, where microcontrollers have RAM, ROM, EEPROM embedded in it. In contrast, we have to use external circuits in case of microprocessors. Allperperipheralof microcontroller is on the single-chip it is compact while the Microprocessor is bulky.
