Hello Rahul,
A ten-year-old child will learn languages that are used around him. So make if possible, the parents can try conversing in English whenever is possible. While speaking to the child, along with the dialogue, use some signs to learn to understand the language without translation. Encourage the child even if he makes mistakes while speaking. Try to avoid pointing out errors, and instead, you can repeat the same sentence with corrections and a friendly smile on your face. If the child is fond of reading, get him some storybooks. If not, you can read small stories with good intonation that draws attention to the vocabulary. Avoid speaking to the child in English when people surround him. And of course, you can give a little digital time to watch English cartoons.
