I can understand your concern, but above all, I appreciate your sincere effort and commitment.
The things you can do is take a topic and record yourself a video of you speaking and correct yourself. Before speaking, try writing it in a sheet and fix yourself and then try to increase the flow of the language.
Most of all, think in your mother tongue but speak in the language which you are learning.

There cannot be one single medicine for curing all the diseases.
Similarly, there is no one particular centre for all government exam preparation which gives coaching classes the best for all categories. I am sorry to say no such institute exists. However, I can say in particular, which ones are best if I know your requirement.
For instance, if you want to crack banking exams, I can recommend you, Exam Dost. Similarly, for all engineering kind of exams such as GATE, PSUs and IES, I can recommend you Engineeräs zone. Let me know if you want to prepare for any particular exam type, and then I suggest you for it.

Rather than trying to find a very good institute in Pune, I would suggest you go through newspapers especially The Hindu and at the same time hire a Tutor from Urbanpro for your speaking and correcting your grammar mistakes. A Tutor will also help in your fluency level of the language as you aspire for higher levels of the language. This is my kind suggestion.
