I hope you are in good health and doing well.
Now coming to your question, speaking in English is not difficult, you told you to talk to your friends in English but don't find an environment at home. So, I will suggest you something which I believe in very strongly. Try to think in English, I know that I may sound weird to you, but it helps. Until you have your thought process in a particular language, you cannot focus on its best expression. So sit down for some time and try to think in English and talk to yourself first.
For the basic grammar and vocabulary, you can always take the help of books, newspapers, magazines and dictionaries. Read as much as you can, start with simple books first. And practice speaking with your friends as you do now.
