Dr Mallikarjuna pursued his MSc (Yoga) from SVYASA (Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana, Bangalore) in 2004. Stood as a best student and Gold medal in MSc (Yoga). Worked as assistant doctor for yoga and Life science - SVYASA and also took prime participation in Yoga research projects as a research officer and consultant (eg: Diabetes, Cardiovascular disease, Primary Prevention of Diabetes, Depression, Schizophrenia.etc) at SVYASA.
Doctor travelled to Australia (Melbourne & Sydney) and Singapore to organize yoga condference and workshops in both countries. He was one of the key note speaker in Santhana Hindu Dharma festival in Melbourne. He did 3 days yoga workshop in Macedon Community Health Center with Australian yoga teachers. By all this travel and exposure he realized that Yoga Lifestyle is the best way to tackle modern lifestyle induced health challenges. Yoga lifestyle includes Yoga, pranayama, Meditation, Diet and Nutrition and Psychological counseling.
