Runner up in Ede Tumbi Haduvenu – Etv Kannada, Best Female Singer 2011 Sadhana Music school. State level winner in inter college gamaka( Sri RamayanaDarshanam) singing competition.

As a Musicologist

Chinmayi has studied Music as a subject, history of music since ancient times, various composers like the Trinity – Thyagaraja, Muthuswamy Dikshitar and Shyama Shastry, their composing style , detailed aspects of compositions in Carnatic music and has submitted a thesis on – Haridasa Composition of various forms of Devi with respect to 16th century Haridasas.
