"Geeta taught me both yoga meditation, breathing and asana. She has very deep knowledge of all three, and her teaching reflects this. The best thing is that she tailored her teaching to my individual needs. Everyone comes with a different experience and body type/issues, so I think it is very important to have a skillful teacher who can adjust teaching accordingly. "
