With subjects like therapeutic yog ,which teaches about how to use yog as a healing method for any dieseas. Learning body anatomy and physiology for perfect implimentation of yog on different body types. Pranayam types in deep detail for better breathing exercises. Also have knowledge of conducting group activities like Boot camp (high intense cardio ) training. Calesthenics(low intensity weight training)
