I used to dance earlier, but I discontinued because of health issues. When I checked my skills with some dance steps, I was not satisfied with my body language. I think I have lost my skills, and I want to regain my past dance skills. Will I be able to do that?

Yes, of course, you will be able to dance like before and even more beautiful. All you need to take a healthy diet. If you have become weak. Perform some warm-up exercises to make urself active and keep practising..:)
