Being a teacher is not just about teaching but also learning a lot from the students. Hi, my name is Poornima. I am a Maths and Science teacher working in this field for nearly three years.

I completed B.Sc from ECC College. Teaching science subjects has been one of the most significant achievements of my life, as, from the very beginning, I looked forward to this. I really find pleasure in helping students to solve their mathematical problems. I provide the lessons so they can achieve their scholastic goals, know about their potential and take great joy while finding their scores soar.

Apart from science and maths subjects, my specialisation is providing drawing, sketching, and painting classes. Recently I have also started with tailoring lessons. For students who are slow learners and Special Children, I tend to provide customised classes. Here the students are treated very patiently. They are given the right pace to understand the lessons they require. There is no definite time frame within which they need to finish an assignment or test. All of these are done under my guidance and supervision.

During these three years of my teaching life, I have come across several students and their different requirements. So as a teacher, my sole duty has been to provide the proper education the student requires. However, in many cases, the teaching method changes based on the students' capacity.

I am a qualified and extremely hard-working teacher who loves to interact with the students first, understand their potential and then work on them. I excel in clarifying subjects, taking note of the students' struggles, and adding challenges to keep the students engaged when required.
