"This is a one month review. I lost my weight from 71.2kg to 64.7kg that is 6.5kg in one month without any hard work or any problem. I really enjoyed every class and the diet plan also. Work out is also very good and diet plan is also natural. I have tried different things previously but there is no result and lots of side affects, but with Dr urvisha it really works, she is having a great knowledge and experience. I also didn't get bored in class, waiting for class everyday. Hoping a same result in this month also."

"This is a one month review. I lost my weight from 71.2 kg to 64.7 kg in one month, its 6.5kg, and its going down easily without any problem, and feeling really good with my health. I have previously done a lots of thing for wieght loss but there is no result. Dr Urvisha is really a good personal trainer having a lots of knowledge and experience. Diet plan is really good and natural. Work out is also very good and easy to understand. I have completed full month today, and its a great time for me, i enjoyed every class, doesn't get bored in a single class and waiting everyday for my class."
