I have overall four years of experience teaching in Turkey, and in India. I have become an expert at commanding student attention and managing both small and large classrooms. Creative lesson plans and boundless energy are what I consider to be my hallmarks.
In my immediate past teaching experience, I was hired for a curriculum development and as a supply teacher. However, observing my potential and passion for teaching. I got the privilege to be a part of developing discipline committee in my previous school, and managing and pulling up the Grade 2 kids performance in the middle of the session as a Home Room Primary School Teacher in Istanbul Americal Schools. It was certainly a challenge with all new course materials and extremely energetic and kinesthetic learners.
Some highlights from my current and past teaching experiences include:
• Home Room Grade 2 Teacher with experience in K-6, Californian curriculum.
• Establishing effective communication between parents and teacher.
• ESL teacher at Defne Schools, Hatay, Turkey.
• ELT Trainer at British Council, Delhi.
• Classroom teacher for Grade 5 in CBSE curriculum, India.
