I am passionate about teaching and started teaching when I myself was a B.Sc student.I started with teaching biology to class 10th students for almost 2 years then switched to B.Sc and then M.Sc students.
I worked as a biochemistry/biotechnology lecturer for M.Sc part I and II students at Nagpur university, Hislop college ; Nagpur and simultaneously as a tutor for about 4 years.

Being a biochemist , metabolism and clinical biochemistry sparks my interest a lot along with endocrinology and cell signalling , basically, all of them are parts of our vicious biochemical cycles. I believe in digging deeper to reach higher grounds i.e understanding basic concepts of biology is prerequisite for any kind of innovation because even understanding a serendipity requires a BASIC observation ! That's my style of understanding and even teaching any kind of concept, there has to be the four basic questions in every science student's mind i.e "What?" "When" "Why?" and finally "How?", if you have an answer to these four queries your concept will be crystal clear !

I have experienced this kind of attitude more in lower class students but of ofcourse higher class students just need a revision of their old books and there their answers are with some more justifications in their current books !!

Teaching no doubt is a continuous learning process, a newer question by a student and there your brain storming switches on !
I am currently a PhD student almost done with the research and have started writing my thesis. My accomplishments includes several awards as a presenter and an orator at different national and international conferences.

I feel cartoons,flow charts and animations and discussion and a curious mind help in learning a lot. Key flow charts, cartoons , animations makes the revision faster as well. Power point presentations including these and nil text is the best teaching tool as it gives a chance to not only raise curiosity with unlabeled diagrams but also to heat up the discussion with full fledged interaction with students.

Also, discussing science practicals and connecting it with theory makes them both easier to perform, understand and remember.

In short, by teaching I just want to live up my passion and raise smarter students with all the loyal efforts "WE" can make!!
