I have been teaching Yoga for almost last 10 years. I believe that doing yoga is accepting yoga as a lifestyle. Yoga doesn't only means doing Yogasanas. These are not physical exercises. One must understand others facets of Yoga. Don't do yoga for specific reason. It is holistic approach and you will get all the benefits of doing yoga e.g. good appetite, peaceful and stress free life, cures health related issues, relationship with others will improve, positiveness and tranquility will increase. My experience is very positive. More than 3000 persons have underwent my one day seminar and many others have completed 1 month programme.
